Nicaragua

Our flight was at 7:00 a.m so that meant by 4:00 a.m we all up which meant a lot of sleepy travelers.

Our first breakfast in Paradise. Cafe Revolution on Playa Madera.

The pool was awesome at our place but unfortunately that was about it. We knew our accommodations would be "off grid" but we didn't realize how much - rooms with no screens (so bugs!), the noisiest ceiling fans and only a drip of water in the shower were not part of the plan.

Thankfully we found a condo with a pool and are still here, back on the grid.

Cookies for Santa

Me and Thomas have been feeling really sick but Declan and Bowie have managed to breathe a lot of Christmas spirit into Christmas Eve. Declan and Bowie were so excited they were literally bouncing off their bedroom walls.
We all can't wait for tomorrow!

Christmas Windows

Noah, Dylan and Declan at Rockefeller Center
Natali and I at Rockefeller Center
Bowie pointing out the awesome windows at Macy's. This year there's a planets theme.
Noah has a very particular way of eating his garlic knot that involves digging out all the dough to form a bowl.
Indeed it will!!

Christmas Lists

These boys have long lists!! And do we know if Santa is a Yankees fan or not? Let's hope not!

Getting the tree home

Declan and Bowie carried all 8 feet home through the east village!

It's heavy!

Getting a bit of help from Thomas.

Christmas Tree shopping

We found the bargain of the century - a $30 tree on 3rd and Avenue A! Just around the corner they were selling 2 footers for $35.

This one was nice but we went with a different one in the end.

We found one for almost 8 feet!

Declan showing the tree love!
